Hotel Policies
The State of Georgia requires us to collect 7% Sales Tax, and an additional 6% room tax for tourism.
PLEASE NOTE: No discounts (including single occupancy rates) are offered during high season - March 15th to July 15th as well as other peak demand times during the year. Check-in: 1 p.m. Check-out: 11:30 a.m. Payment: $25 deposit (refundable if cancellation policy is followed). Acceptable payment options: AmEx, Visa/MC, Discover, Check, Cash - balance payable at check-out.

Pets; pets are allowed with a $25 pet fee, which sometimes is waived if there are no problems with the animal. The enitre building is non-smoking.
The reservation is secured by your credit card. The full amount of the reservation will be charged to your card upon check in.
Cancellation policy: Normal cancellation, 24-hours, Groups (three or more rooms) 48-hours, event weekends, 72-hours; otherwise a payment of one night's lodging will apply.
